Community Agent Newsletter Hi everyone, I hope that you are all keeping well and occupied at the moment. At least we are into February now! I have put a link below to our latest carers newsletter below. Either link should work but if you are struggling, you can copy it into google and it will find the page. tinyurl.com/kwg264wl https://issuu.com/communitycouncilforsomerset/doc s/newsletter_issue_6_v3 Remember we are here to help with your carer support needs, I know that being winter and having none of the usual social groups to help with respite is really digging in now. I hope that you are beginning to get your vaccinations and are beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel. We have some frozen food packs that we can send out a week’s worth on a one off basis to take away the effort of cooking once every so often. We also have the talking café’s that run on facebook every day at 11 am and we are putting a carers interest on the Friday ones. https://www.facebook.com/talkingcafesomerset/ Don’t forget that Spark have the virtual carers café running at the link below which you are all welcome to join, but you need to register first. They run fortnightly Mondays. https://www.sparksomerset.org.uk/online-carers- group Golden Oldies is also running twice a week as well https://www.golden-oldies.org.uk/ Best wishes to you all Cath Cath Holloway Community Agent Tel: 01823 331222 Mobile: 07968 521746 Email: cath@somersetrcc.org.uk
