Good morning good morning today's our singing day Good morning good morning to you and you and you and you..... (make sure you are pointing to different peoplewhether they are in the room or not!) Good morning everyone, as it is singing for the Rain oops no try singing for the Brain...(that was a genuine typo) I thought a cheery reminder of the bits of SFB we can all do here now would be good... SO Warm up is 1)Roll the shoulders forwards and backward and then both together....(Betty is great at this)   2) STRETCH one arm up (don't forget your fingers too Dave please....)  then pull it down v strongly as then ......release. PING! Do the other one stretch....... Pull down..... Release.... PONG! Then both arms... stretch....... Really stretch..... Pull down.... Then.... PING PONG! 3) stretch the back....hands on the side of your chair,,, feet flat on the ground... Lean forward 3 times and back... Just gently... 4) FACES... Well I think you should make up your own or suggest some Infact the mind reels with the possibilities...don't forget to put in a big eyes one....but Otherwise try. 1) HOW did we get to this???? Big eyes and eyebrows right up 2) everything is AWful ... Turn down mouth squish up your face.( I'm good at this one.. ) Then 3) WHEEEE the sun is shining.......arms ou and HUGE smilet sideways 4) BREATHING.... V useful at all times Push your shoulders up to your ears first to make your shoulders good and floppy the breather from you "tummy" it's not but that bit at the bottom of your ribs goes in and out when you breathe ...In for three out for three..... Welcome song.. "Hello Betty hello Della Hello Ann it's good to have you here "...... See how many people you can remember round the circle... Then you are in to GOOD MORNING ! GOOD MORNING..... As above. then the folk set My Bonnny Bobby Shafto Drunken Sailor In Dublins fair city Early one morning then 1) O What a Beautiful  Morning And I think 2) Consider yourself And ofcourse 3) ALL I Want is a room somewhere....
